Sources are listed further down the page. ## What to know before you apply The Programme is not itself a visa: it is a government economic-migration programme (Government Resolution No. 475 of 28 June 2023, running since 1 July 2023) that guarantees an appointment slot and a 45-day decision on an ordinary long-term visa. Current programme text is the version effective 1 July 2025; India was added to the country list relative to the 1 January 2025 version, so older lists omitting India are stale. CAPS: the freelancer strand runs within the capacity and territorial limits of Government Regulation No. 220/2019 Coll., which caps the number of long-term business-visa applications each embassy may accept per year; the employee strand is uncapped except at the Czech Embassy in New Delhi, where 'other purpose' long-term visa applications are limited to 24 per year.
