The Nomad Digital Residence programme is CLOSED. A government notice dated 10 November 2025 states the programme came to an end on 15 November 2025, and the official site nomad.gov.ag now carries "This program has ended" on every page. Existing holders are directed to the Department of Immigration; no successor remote-work route is announced, and no alternative long-stay route was verified. For the record, the terms the site still publishes for the closed programme were: a 2-year visa from the date of approval, explicitly not renewable and issuable only once; applicants 18+, employed outside the country and able to work remotely, minimum income USD 50,000, clean record; fees USD 1,500 single, USD 2,000 couple, USD 3,000 family, USD 650 per additional dependant; processing 5-7 business days; no local income tax. Those figures are historical as of 18 August 2026 and must not be read as an available programme.
