Who qualifies
Applicants must fit one of three profiles: an employee under contract with a foreign-registered employer; a partner or shareholder in a foreign-registered company; or a freelancer/consultant serving clients whose permanent establishments are abroad. Participation in the local labour market is not permitted — remote workers may not work for or be employed by a local company or employer. Required documents are listed in the appendices to the application forms for each target group.
