Verified against the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration: its Visa Services page lists only General Information, Transit visa and Visitors visa, and its Permit Services page lists only Business investor, Business entrepreneur, Employment, Diplomat, Dependents, Study & research, Other Permits and Permanent Permits — no remote-work class. Closest routes: (1) Rwanda's open visa policy — "From 1 Jan 2018, Citizens of all countries are allowed to get visa upon arrival without prior application", with African Union, Commonwealth and Francophonie nationals waived visa fees for a 30-day visit, East African Community citizens issued a free pass for six months, and a listed group of countries granted 90 days free of charge; "The visa fees must not exceed 50 USD for single entry visa or 70 USD for multiple entry." (2) For anything longer, an Employment permit tied to a Rwandan employer, or the investor/entrepreneur permits, applied for through Irembo.
