Remote workers and freelancers employed by or contracting with entities outside Saint Lucia, self-employed people whose business is outside Saint Lucia, and students in remote learning programmes. Holders are prohibited from taking up local employment or engaging in local business activity.

Apply directly to the Saint Lucia Immigration Department by completing the Saint Lucia application form and submitting it to visaoffice@police.govt.lc at least two weeks before travel; on approval, present a printed copy of the approval letter and pay the visa fee at the airport on arrival. Alternatively apply through a designated 'Live It' Island Specialist tour operator.

The Government of Saint Lucia portal (govt.lc) currently returns 'No Services to display' in its services directory and has no immigration or visa pages; the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority site (stlucia.org) has no 'Live It' page; rslpf.com (Royal Saint Lucia Police Force, which houses the Immigration Department) does not resolve. All details above therefore come from reporting of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority's announcement (dated 25 August 2021) extending the programme from a six-week stay to a multiple-entry visa valid up to one year. Everything here should be re-verified with the Immigration Department before publication; in particular the fee currency (US$75 vs EC$190) and whether the programme is still marketed under the 'Live It' name. Note that the underlying instrument is an ordinary multiple-entry non-immigrant visa, not a bespoke digital nomad visa.
